The right Baking Recipes cook the right Bread
Yesterday, I have discovered a great baking recipe from one of my most-used e-books on making bread and right away went in to the kitchen and started playing around with what I've just learnt. I just love practising with my baking recipes, I am becoming better at my baking, every day and don't ever never have failed to create something that goes against the description of the book of the final result. And I have worked hard at this one, as I always did, a couple of hours and after I finally opened an oven to see what I've prepared only to see something I did not expect. Dude, was I disappointed. Not only I have realized that this thing I cooked did not look anything like I've seen on the picture, but it didn't taste nowhere as nice as the recipe said or as I have though I would get either. I think I'd go as far as saying that it was a disaster.
Although it's true that baking bread is definitely not an easy process and sometimes can be tedious, although it is all part of having a good time! I love baking, but today I've failed. The amusing thing is though that I followed the instructions from exactly step by step from that baking recipe I have read and sure have done everything right. A lot of guys fail to create the bread they want for the simple reason that it is a delicate process and gals & guys often get tired and stop normally after a couple unsuccessful tries and that is one of the worst parts, as there are thousands of super baking recipes to try from and a lot of different ideas taught by thousands of different dudes and you are going to become skilled at it all comes to one with training.
So, what transforms you into a great baking expert? I would say knowledge, determination and effort with practice. Some very basic knowledge can change bakers experience a lot. E.g. there are methodologies that stop bread from gluing to the cooking pan can be fixed with just some basic knowledge and yet can be very troublesome if you haven't got that knowledge. So, carrying those baking recipes in your hands is only part of this equation. Also, talking about baking recipes, - how sure are you in that the recipe you possess gives you the best available way your baking can be carried out? You can't. And that is yet another issue there are 100's of cook books that hold gazillions of different recipes in them, and not all of them are good.
One of the other vital components that do improve taste of your home-made bread is cornmeal. You will bake your bread a lot better and tastier by just adding the cornmeal component, and here's how you do it: while you are oiling your cooking pan, you add the cornmeal component to your pan after you slightly oil it as you usually do. This will cause your bread to stick to the cornmeal while you are baking and that surely will make your task tons easier when separating your home made bread after it had completed baking.
