Gay Travel Interests
According to a poll by Harris Interactive, gay men and bisexual men are more likely to travel for
pleasure than heterosexuals. We are also likely to spend more when we do travel--by about a third.
Lesbian women have travel and travel spending habits that are more like the straight population.
Don't ask me why? I just know that my partner and I love to travel and spend lots of our free time exploring a
variety of destinations. Some of the places we go could be considered typical gay, lesbian and bisexual
places--like Key West, Montreal and Amsterdam--but other places we spend a lot of time are very different. For
example, we spend a lot of time with our family on a beautiful lake in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
